Five minutes of ticking what you have handled - at work, at home, caring, in groups - and you get back the words employers use for it, ready for a CV.

    A 30-minute call with a person

Everything above, talked through with someone who does this every week - plus the three next steps, in writing, afterwards.

  • Being built

How part-time-friendly a role really is

The share of live vacancies in a role that are actually part-time or remote in your area. The number that decides whether a job fits around school runs.

  • Being built

What it pays, and what it asks for

Typical pay with the source next to it, and what a German employer expects on paper - so you can tell a hard requirement from a wish.

  • Being built

    Compare two or three routes

Side by side: hours, money, what you would have to learn, how long it takes. Deciding is easier than searching.

  • On the roadmap

    Training somebody else pays for

Which courses close your specific gap - and which of them are publicly funded, because money is the blocker more often than ability.

  • On the roadmap

A written plan you can follow

Your route, your steps, your timing - small enough to start this week, and not something you have to reconstruct from memory.

  • On the roadmap

People who did the same thing

Real accounts from people who came back from a similar break into a similar role, and what it actually took.

Questions people ask first

Before you book

Is it really free?
Yes. We are building this and we learn from every conversation, which is worth more to us right now than a fee. There is nothing to buy on the call.
I am not ready to apply for anything yet. Too early?
No - that is the most useful moment to talk. Deciding what you want and what it costs is the part most people skip, and it is easier out loud than alone.
My break was long. Is that a problem?
It is common, and it is a smaller obstacle than people fear. Whether it was one year or eight changes the plan, not whether there is one.
Will my current or former employer hear about this?
No. Nothing you tell us goes to an employer, a recruiter or anyone else. We use it to prepare for your call.
What happens to my details?
They are used to arrange and prepare the call, and nothing else. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Which language is the call in?
English or German - tell us in the last field which you prefer and we will match you with the right person.
